We will come up with a class format beforehand so you can get the most out of a session. I will show you which exercises to do and the correct form/technique. For online coaching, I will ask you to complete an online PAR-Q form as well as a client consultation form. This will help me understand more about your lifestyle and health. You will be given a fitness program and calories/nutrition completely personalised to yourself. You will be given an app where you can log and track all of your progress, view loads of recipes, message myself 24/7 as well as looking at all the exercises/form of them.
