Hello! I’m Miss C. de Wet, an enthusiastic and caring teacher who is passionate about Mathematics and helping learners reach their full potential.

As an experienced classroom teacher, I understand that every learner is different. Some learners need extra support with the basics, while others simply need someone to explain a concept in a different, more engaging way. My goal is to create a comfortable and encouraging learning environment where learners feel confident to ask questions, make mistakes and grow.

I have experience working with primary school learners and particularly enjoy teaching Mathematics. I have five years of teaching grade 4 mathematics. I also have experience creating lesson plans, worksheets, assessments and engaging learning activities aligned with the South African CAPS curriculum.

My tutoring approach is patient, practical and learner-centred. I aim to make learning new or old mathematical concepts are enjoyable while ensuring that learners develop a strong understanding of the work rather than simply memorizing answers.
