I am a doctoral student in economics and education. Much of my research focuses on finding better ways to teach students. For many, traditional schooling and teaching methods fail to meet children where they are at; allow me to fill this gap. I work hard to get to know your child: their likes, dislikes, abilities, and areas for improvement. Our one-on-one sessions personalise the learning process, enabling them to not just learn the material, but to also figure out how to become better students in general.
I design structured study plans tailored to individual goals, whether that means preparing for exams, strengthening foundations, or developing advanced skills beyond the classroom. My background across quantitative and humanities subjects allows me to explain difficult concepts in clear, intuitive ways and to adapt explanations when something does not immediately click. I emphasise building confidence alongside competence, because students learn best when they feel supported and capable. Lessons incorporate active problem-solving, guided practice, and regular feedback so progress is steady and measurable. I also teach organisation, revision strategies, and effective note-taking to help students become independent learners. Parents receive regular updates on progress and areas needing attention, ensuring transparency and collaboration. Above all, I aim to create a calm, encouraging environment where curiosity is welcomed, mistakes are treated as learning opportunities, and students feel motivated to reach their full academic potential. I adapt pacing carefully, celebrate milestones, and foster resilience, helping learners build durable skills, stronger focus, and long-term academic independence for future challenges.
