Experience
I am a qualified UK primary teacher with extensive experience teaching across KS1 and KS2, including Year 6 and exam preparation. I have supported pupils of varying abilities, from those needing confidence-building and targeted support to those aiming for highly selective schools.
My experience in the classroom gives me a strong understanding of child development, assessment, progression and the specific skills required to succeed in competitive entrance examinations. I have an excellent success rate supporting pupils to achieve their academic goals and develop the confidence and communication skills needed for interviews and assessments.
My approach is informed by classroom teaching, assessment frameworks and a detailed understanding of what examiners are looking for in SATs, 4+, 7+ and 11+ assessments. Every lesson is carefully planned to address each child’s individual needs, ensuring they make measurable progress while developing independence, resilience and a genuine love of learning.
