Cecilia Bai

Hi! I’m a native Mandarin speaker with seven years of experience studying abroad independently. I hold a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Language Education and have recently completed my Master’s in International Education (TESOL) at the University of Manchester. I also have six months of teaching experience in a UK government secondary school.

My lessons focus on building a strong foundation and using Chinese confidently in real-life situations. I enjoy breaking down grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation into simple, manageable steps, while tailoring each lesson to your level, goals and interests. I can also share practical strategies for language exam preparation.

I aim to create a friendly and supportive environment where you can ask questions, make mistakes and improve at your own pace. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to take your Chinese further, I’d love to help!

Outside teaching, I enjoy ballet, piano, music, TV series and spending time with pets. Hopefully, we’ll have plenty of fun things to chat about in Chinese too!! ??????~
