I qualified as a Yoga Therapist in 2008 and have been teaching and studying ever since.

I offer private 1:1 coaching (both in-person and online), group classes, corporate sessions, workshops, teacher mentoring, and yoga retreats and holidays.
A core value of my work is making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience, or background.
My approach is integrated, dynamic, and centred around connection. Every class is shaped by the people in front of me and their unique needs, experiences, and goals. Rather than following a rigid formula, I aim to create a practice that is relevant, engaging, and transformative.
Alongside ongoing personal practice and self-study, I have explored a wide range of disciplines that continue to influence my teaching. These include Iyengar Yoga (having attended my first Iyengar retreat in 2001), Anatomy Trains, Rolfing, anatomy and physiology, hand balancing, contortion, pranayama, nutrition, martial arts, and more recently singing, surfing, and diving. Each discipline offers valuable insights into movement, awareness, breathing, balance, and human potential.
I have been fortunate to learn from exceptional teachers and practitioners who work from depth and authenticity rather than superficial techniques. Learning remains an ongoing journey, and I continue to draw inspiration from many different sources.
I enjoy studying yoga and handstands from the inside out, helping students transform areas of challenge into areas of strength, confidence, and freedom.
You can work with me through yoga classes, handstand training, mobility sessions, pranayama, meditation, workshops, mentoring, or personalised coaching, either online or in person.
