Bonjour! I’m Caroline, a passionate and dedicated French educator with over two decades of teaching experience across Egypt and the UK.
My journey began in Cairo, where I completed my education at a French school (1982–1995) before earning a Bachelor of Arts in French, Arabic, and Spanish from the Faculty of Al-Alsun. From an early age, I discovered my love for teaching while volunteering with young children in Sunday School — an experience that shaped my lifelong commitment to education.
What started as private French tuition soon expanded into teaching other subjects such as Mathematics and Science, driven by parents’ trust and the success of my students. After graduating, I continued teaching in both private tuition and a French primary school, further developing my classroom experience.
In 2004, I relocated to England, where I broadened my expertise by teaching both children and adults and completing professional development courses in Child Psychology and Development and IT (ECDL Level 2). I later earned my PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages from Newman University in 2016 and have since enjoyed a rich teaching career in secondary education, including several years as Head of Modern Foreign Languages between 2019 and 2023.
I am a flexible, creative, and student-focused teacher who believes learning should be engaging, supportive, and tailored to each learner’s potential. I’m always open to new challenges that allow me to grow, innovate, and inspire others to love languages as much as I do.
