I adapt my teaching to meet your learning needs and style and make my lessons fun and interesting! I am a friendly, personable teacher with a real passion for History and Geography. I strive to create a welcoming environment in my lessons where students of all abilities feel successful.
About me
I have a BA in History and MA in Latin American Anthropology and Archaeology. I have a great deal of teaching experience, mainly at secondary but also teaching at University level. I have taught Humanities and Spanish at some outstanding independent and state schools in Oxford, such as the Cherwell School, D’Overbroeck’s and currently at EF Academy Oxford. Additionally, some of my subject-specific knowledge comes from first-hand, real-life professional experience gained while formerly working as an Archaeologist and as a researcher in History, Geography, Archaeology and Anthropology. I am a passionate and enthusiastic educator with high standards and expectations.
