I like to focus on communication and pronunciation above all else and then go into more detail with intonation, grammar, phrasal verbs and idioms to bring more colour and fluency into the conversation. I like to focus on communication and pronunciation above all else and then go into more detail with intonation, grammar, phrasal verbs and idioms to bring more colour and fluency into the conversation. I generally use a conversational approach at first and then bring in some grammar exercises that I think are necessary.
