Graduating with a 2:1 in History, I initially went into being a training assistant. I realised that some students may need a bit more help, care and attention outside of the classroom rather than in. Be it due to disruption in the classroom or the lessons admittedly not being engaging, I will make sure that all my tutees are bespokely taught and given the attention they need.

I myself greatly benefitted from out of school tutoring, mainly on mathematics as I was never able to get my head around it! However, from this first hand experience I have seen how it can help students to reach their fullest potential and to also give them the confidence they sometimes need in the classroom.

My degree was heavily based in being proficient in essay writing and furthermore, being very proficient in English literature and language skills.
