I have experience tutoring both at GCSE and A-Level and also younger children. I love teaching and think it’s important to enjoy how you’re learning in order to make progress. That’s why I like to be adaptable and friendly. Lessons can be between 1-2 hours depending on what suits you and I’m flexible with the time of day. We can focus on first getting the basics and then locking in that knowledge with active recall. Struggling on how to revise or make revision materials? I can help with that too! I’ve got my own tried and tested resources and plenty of experience making flash cards, mindmaps, and slideshows. I’m currently studying English and French at the University of Bristol so I’m still a student myself and will always be understanding of what exam stress feels like. All lessons will be online, so you can learn from the comfort of your own home or school! We will have conversation based lessons with visual aids and I’ll provide exercises for outside the sessions to keep everything fresh in your mind. I can tutor English Language or Literature at GCSE or earlier and English Literature at A Level. I also teach French from beginner up to A-Level.
