My lessons will cover a variety of training modalities and methods to help improve the performance of students. From warm up to cool down, and everything in between, I will ensure a plan for every student is made to best suit their individual goals, needs and expectations. As an experienced athlete myself, I understand that while structure and routine are needed for success, an intuitive approach to training is also highly beneficial in allowing an athlete to best understand their own body, mind and skills to help them accomplish their training goals in the best way they can. For instance, as a power lifter you may come across an injury which prevents you from training to your maximum capacity, and if you do not have a coach that can help you adjust your training schedule to accommodate for said injury, you may fail to perform come time for a meet/competition. Furthermore, if you are a complete beginner, having a coach that understands the complexity of training and being able to communicate effectively on how to develop your ability to recognise what training methods work best for you is extremely beneficial, especially in the modern era of gym culture. My lessons are also suited to a variety of different athletes, ranging from bodybuilding and powerlifting to swimming, cycling, rugby, combat sports and more!
With experience in coaching a wide range of age groups, I am experienced in being able to develop a students understanding of training through different methods, and my skills, knowledge and experience allow me to create engaging and productive lessons which promote learning, development and improvement across the board.
