My lessons are highly interactive, personalized, and designed to keep you engaged. I don't believe in boring, one-way lectures. Here is what you can expect when we work together:

Interactive & Visual Format: We use a collaborative digital whiteboard where we can draw out biological pathways, label cell structures together, and map out processes in real time.

Active Recall & Retrieval Practice: To make sure you actually retain the information, we start our sessions with quick, low-stakes retrieval quizzes to strengthen your memory.

Exam-focused Dynamics: We don't just learn the theory; we learn how to score marks. We will break down real past-paper questions together so you can learn how exam boards word questions and exactly what keywords the mark schemes are looking for.

A Supportive, Stress-Free Zone: The classroom can sometimes feel intimidating. My sessions are a safe space to make mistakes, ask "silly" questions, and learn at your own pace.

Because of my time working in a school, I am intimately familiar with the curriculum and the common pitfalls students face. I specialize in:

GCSE & A-Level Biology (including AQA, OCR, and Edexcel exam boards) / High School Biology (including AP & IB)

Breaking down complex topics like molecular biology, homeostasis, and ecology into simple, bite-sized steps.

Teaching study skills, revision planning, and time-management strategies that you can use across all your subjects.
