About me

I am very much a believer of using your body weight is more than enough when proper form is used during exercise.

My sessions will have two parts first half would be an energetic HITT Pilates style , still using the classic Joseph plates movements but with high energy sequences.

I am very much a believer of using your body weight is more than enough when proper form is used during exercise.

My sessions will have two parts first half would be an energetic HITT Pilates style , still using the classic Joseph plates movements but with high energy sequences.
The second half will be a core, lower and arm based , using our full body muscles engaging our small muscles to feel the burn.

Then winding down to a calming stretch.
Session will be 50 minutes.
To keep sessions fun and spicy I will be adding weights as weeks go on to up our strength and build muscles.

I will be able to guide you based on your level of experience and we can build from there.
There is absolutely zero judgement on if your new to it or just simply need that extra bit of guidance.

I am not a registered nutritionist, however I can advise on what type of foods that will support muscle growth and gut health.

Nutrition is a vital part of any new fitness journey, it’s a lifestyle not a quick fix.
