Hi! For my lessons, depending on the starting level, we would work through some grammar concepts and learn new vocab relevant to any course or interest wanted. We would also practice speaking by doing basic role play scenarios to get you more comfortable with the language.
As part of being a Language Leader at school, I've taught basics and primary school level French to a class, as well as working with a Year 9 and a Year 10 in practicing speaking skills. I regularly help my younger sister with her French, and use French around the house due to my families proficiency in it.
As well as studying it at A-level and winning the Year 12 Language prize, I also wish to study French with my course at university with the study abroad Erasmus program, as well as teaching English in a French speaking country.
I think language learning is a really valuable skill and helps with confidence even in your native tongue. Even still, just passing an exam is also important and so I can tailor lessons depending on if you're just looking for practice, or need more support in reaffirming more simple skills.
