Ben Hammersley

Hi, Im Ben I'm an experienced tutor from Belfast in Northern Ireland. For my formal work experience for two semesters, I taught a class of first year pupils Spanish, taking them from basic understanding of the language to a strong conversational level. Teaching this class taught me many valuable lessons, the main point being that every student has their own unique learning style, something which I take on board when teaching. My experience with special needs students is also one of my strengths when teaching, I apply the patience and understanding I learnt here to my current work. I studied abroad and lived in Spain for six moths, allowing to build a fluency in the language and an understanding of the influence of conversation and the day to day use. I would love a career in Teaching and would like to use my time on Find Tutors with you to build my experience. I can start as soon as possible and have very flexible hours, I can work as many hours a week as I am needed for. I have a passion for working with other people and a craving to see an improvement in Spanish. As someone who wants to go into teaching when I have finished university I would love to gain additional experience tutoring with you and would love to adapt my classes to suit your learning technique and make the Spanish learning experience as easy and enjoyable as possible for you, and get you fluent in no time!!
