Babatunde Owolabi

I am a qualified and experienced teacher, with a passion for chemistry and teaching. I have a strong track record of success in teaching chemistry, and I am confident that I can make positive contribution to your team.
I have worked as a Chemistry Teacher in some Secondary Schools approved by Government, WASSCE and NECO(SSCE) for over 10 years. I have been responsible for teaching chemistry to students at Senior Secondary Schools level. I have also been responsible for creating and implementing curriculum, designing lesson plans, and grading student work. In addition, I have advised students on their coursework and career choices.
I have been a Chemistry Teacher for many years. I have taught students of all ages and levels, from beginners to those who are taking the most advanced courses. My experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of chemistry which I share with my students. My goal is to help them not only understand the material but also how it applies to their lives and the world around them. In addition to teaching, I am also WAEC and NECO Examiner. In addition, I am a registered qualified and professional teacher of Teachers Registered Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
The teaching methods I use are students-centred method and the 7E learning cycle (elicit, engage, explore, explain, elaborate, evaluate and extend.
My lesson content gives the necessary information and guidance for learners to grasp new concepts, acquire skills, and broaden their understanding in Chemistry, and simple methods of problems-solving.
