About me

My classes are always student-centered discussions. I admit that I do enjoy being the "sage on the stage" in my classroom, but I realize that this does little to engage my students in deep thinking. My classes are always student-centered discussions. I admit that I do enjoy being the "sage on the stage" in my classroom, but I realize that this does little to engage my students in deep thinking. Therefore, while classes are on, students are engaged to understand their level of comprehension and equally make it a conversational class where everyone learns and retains something for practical use. Making connections is an essential part of teaching. I connect my teachings for ease of reference and sustainability.

Furthermore, I encourage building relationships as learnings does not end in class. Impacting a student positively goes a long way even into their long term goal. Student's ability are never the same, hence, the need for me to decipher through usage of questions and tests to know how well to handle every individual to enhance proper acquisition of language.

It won't be out of place to mention that language acquisition and learning are two different aspects of language but the ability to acquire and use a language properly lies on the shoulder of the tutor in assisting with the removal of mother tongue interference in a language to foster proper pronunciation of words and grammar.

To conclude, there are several ways of impacting every student and I study every individual in order to device the best means to reach my goal.
