I am confident in conducting small group and individual activities in the classroom or workshops, tailored to meet differentiated learning needs, ensuring that all students can reach their full potential. I emphasise a teaching approach that is rooted in engaging lesson delivery, activity-based learning, diagnostic assessments, and effective lesson differentiation.

As a French teacher, I aim to create a student-centred classroom environment. I strive to develop learning scenarios where students can work on group tasks while I circulate between groups to facilitate discussions.

I monitor students' progress through data analysis and observation, implementing intervention strategies to enhance performance as needed.
