My lessons are interactive, supportive, and tailored to each student’s learning style. As a neurodiverse student, I understand firsthand how challenging academic subjects, especially essay-based ones, can be. Once I discovered study techniques that worked for me, I was able to succeed and develop a genuine passion for the humanities. I am currently studying Politics and International Relations at Loughborough University, and I am still learning how to adapt to new academic expectations. There will always be new ways of learning to navigate, but I will teach you strategies to manage these changes and the stresses that come with them. I’ve been in those situations myself, and my experience has shown me that you never stop learning or growing. Along the way, you will discover more about yourself, how you work best, and what inspires your future goals or career aspirations. I achieved a 9 in GCSE History and continued my enthusiasm for humanities through A-Level RS, History, and Politics, so I bring both strong subject knowledge and real personal experience to every session. will break down complex topics into simple, manageable steps for you, using clear explanations, examples, visual methods, and active discussion rather than scripted reading. My goal is for you to finish each lesson feeling more confident in both the content and the structure, and hopefully developing a real love for the subject.
Alongside academics, I have over two years of sports coaching experience working with students of all ages. Coaching is a huge part of my life, and it has taught me how to communicate clearly, build confidence, motivate you, and adapt techniques to suit your personality and attention span. I bring the same energy, patience, and positivity into my academic tutoring. Your well-being and emotional support also matter to me. Through coaching, I’ve learned how to help young people manage anxiety, build resilience, and feel reassured. I understand how overwhelming studying can be, especially if you have a shorter attention span or neurodiverse needs, so I’m here to support you both academically and mentally.
Finally, I'll help you plan your studies in a way that actually fits your life. We’ll create simple, realistic study plans together, break tasks into doable steps, and build habits that make studying feel lighter, easier, and way less stressful. Think of it as finding a study rhythm that works for you, not against you.
