I combine my academic background in Nutrition and Biochemistry with practical coaching to deliver lessons that are both informative and easy to follow. Whether we are working on sports performance or family nutrition, I provide clear advice in order to achieve results. My teaching style is collaborative and results-driven. I focus on education, habit formation, and long-term consistency. I work with a diverse range of clients, from competitive athletes needing precision fuelling to families and children establishing healthy foundations. I also specialize in supporting those with metabolic conditions who require a tailored, scientifically-backed approach to their daily nutrition. Whether you are chasing a personal best or navigating a health challenge, I provide the scientific clarity you need.

Each session is a collaborative dialogue conducted via video call. We begin by reviewing your current status which includes: sleep, energy levels, performance and dietary habits. I use a structured framework to identify areas that need to be improved. My lessons aren't just lectures. We will look at nutrient timing, metabolic health, and habit-stacking strategies tailored to your specific schedule. You will leave each session with a clear plan and small goals which need to be achieved through upcoming weeks.

What sets me apart is the diversity of my perspective. I’ve served as a First Lieutenant in the military, conducted research on the glycaemic index, and written for major wellness platforms.
