I passed National 5 and Higher History exams with an A. Now I study at University of Edinburgh. I’ll teach the same approach that I used to study for my exams which is officiant. I will focus on the weaknesses of the student, paying attention to what the marking scheme requires. I prefer a more casual approach as I believe that student will learn the best in a comfortable environment. This will be a great opportunity for me additionally as I am planning to become a History teacher after finishing my degree. I will always take the feedback pf the students about the lesson in consideration and will adjust how we approach the issues based on that to find the most suitable way of learning for them. My great knowledge of both history within the Scottish history school program as well as outside of it will definitely be beneficial for the student. I believe that theres an easy way to aprouch exams as the History exam can be written using a certain pattern of writing. My job will be to teach how to use these patterns to answer questions in the history exam.
