Antonella Mancini

I am a native Spanish speaker from Colombia and have lived in the UK for 17 years. I have over five years’ experience teaching in bilingual primary schools in Colombia, where I taught in both English and Spanish. Since moving to the UK, I have also taught Spanish in primary and secondary schools in London and provided private tutoring to children and adults with different learning goals and abilities.

I believe that learning a language should be enjoyable, practical and rewarding. Every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to suit your level, pace and objectives. Whether you are a complete beginner, preparing for GCSE or A-level exams, learning Spanish for work or travel, or simply wanting to become more confident in conversation, I will create lessons that are engaging and focused on your needs.

My lessons include a variety of activities to develop speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. I use real-life conversations, role-play, games, visual resources and practical exercises to help students use Spanish naturally and confidently. I also provide clear explanations of grammar and vocabulary, making even challenging topics easy to understand.

I am patient, encouraging and supportive, and I always aim to create a relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, because that is an important part of learning. My goal is to help every student build confidence, enjoy the learning process and achieve their personal goals while developing a genuine love for the Spanish language and Hispanic culture.
