I integrate wellbeing practices, emotional literacy development and ADHD-informed techniques throughout. This may include structured check-ins, guided reflection, behaviour analysis, goal setting and personalised strategies that can be applied beyond the session. I adapt content to suit the individual’s needs, whether working within Mainstream, AP or PRU settings.
My experience in supporting challenging behaviour enables me to hold firm boundaries while remaining empathetic and attuned. I understand that behaviour communicates need, and I work collaboratively to build self-awareness, resilience and accountability. Sessions are purposeful and supportive, balancing structure with flexibility to promote sustainable progress.
