Over the course of my six years of teaching experience, using a range of approaches, techniques, and media to cater to diverse learner needs. including four years as an art teacher and two years as an English teacher, I have honed my skills in curriculum design and implementation. Utilising both face-to-face and online platforms, I have integrated blended learning strategies to enhance student engagement and improve learning outcomes.

Drawing from my creative teaching background, academic education, and recent language career, I possess valuable skills that I share with those seeking an open and dynamic approach to learning. However, my interpersonal skills have been the cornerstone of my success, fostering long-lasting relationships with students. Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment has been one of my core strengths, empowering students to take ownership of their learning journey. Through continuous feedback, regular progress assessments, and self and peer assessment opportunities, I promote learner autonomy and cultivate critical thinking skills, fostering a lifelong love for learning.

Continual professional development is of utmost importance to me. Actively seeking opportunities to enhance my teaching skills and stay up-to-date with the latest educational practices, I regularly engage in continuous personal development activities. These include attending creative resource discovery days, participating in online learning platforms, and exploring literature on English language teaching. This commitment to ongoing learning enables me to adapt my teaching methods to evolving educational landscapes and introduce innovative and creative ideas in the classroom.
