What do others say?
“I couldn’t have done it without you.”
“I sought coaching for two job interviews to get my career started and you’ve helped me to secure both.”
“Now I’ve got some specific ideas to help me with my time management, thank you.”
“I hadn’t thought about it like that before, thanks.”

How will we work together?
We will first explore your goals or needs and get to know each other so I can guide and coach you as best for your unique position. Coaching is a conversation to help you to move forward, to fast track the pace so you feel more confident and self assured.

It’s different to therapy or training - but it can “feel” therapeutic because of how much you can get from it. Importantly, our sessions are confidential. They’re about you and for you.

You share your concerns or goals and I help navigate you to solutions and insights through gentle coaching techniques but also supporting you if you need some greater encouragement or action.

As a qualified coach I bring many potential techniques - the key is that we focus on you and what will be right for you. This makes coaching so powerful.

A bit about me, your Coach:
I’ve been supporting young people for most of my adult life including as a volunteer in schools supporting year 10s to build self confidence and drafting effective CVs. I became a lawyer but my pull has always been to support others to learn to thrive and ensure their personal and professional development is maximised. I moved into recruitment and development of lawyers and then qualified as an internationally accredited Coach, mentor and trainer. I’ve successfully helped hundreds of young people and more experienced adults, to build confidence moving forward to their goals and dreams. in hours, I’ve coached over 2,500.

I’ve been coaching young adults in particular for over a decade supporting them virtually and in person to build their confidence, self awareness, employability skills, revision skills, time management, dealing with pressure, stress management and dealing with the unique topics these individuals bring to a session. Learning what you need early sets you up for future self confidence and accountability.

Finally:
Coaching is bespoke to your needs. I am by your side to support you to understand and action what you need from you r progress and your wellbeing. I’m a mental health first aider and have undertaken many teachings on stress awareness, mindfulness and other techniques to support wellness.
