I use Microsoft teams to operate my sessions.
iPad softwares to annotate onto questions and include visual aids .
I also use google classroom to compile useful resources, award student marks and assign the session materials. Here they can see all their resources in one place.

I have worked with children of ALL academic abilities, and adjust to their needs accordingly.
Sessions are based on what the STUDENT wants to focus on, and what THEY are struggling on the most, rather than a rigid schedule that won't help them!
Students enjoy the fluid concept of sessions where they can help create the plan for the following week. Keeps them more engaged and comfortable with me.
