Qualified PGCE Trainee Science Teacher | BSc Physics & MSc Science Communication (Imperial)
Specialist Tutoring in KS3 Science, GCSE Triple Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), and A-Level Physics & Biology.
Hello! I’m Raquel, a DBS-checked Trainee Science Teacher currently completing my PGCE to teach secondary science. I hold a BSc in Physics and an MSc in Science Communication from Imperial College London.
My goal as a tutor is to build exam confidence, break through confusing concepts, and help students actually enjoy science. Specialising in science communication, I translate complex ideas into clear, accessible language, using everyday examples to show how science shapes the world around us.
When I’m not teaching, I love reading science fiction and fantasy novels, stargazing, photography, and spending time out in nature.
