I am passionate about living and teaching yoga along with an Ayurveda lifestyle.
I completed my yoga teach training in 2005 and have since specialised in Prenatal / Pregnancy yoga, Moms and babies and childrens yoga. My most recent focus has been on the Feminine energy and practising yoga within the lunar cycle, syncing our energy levels to our yoga postures. Yin yoga has its place in this cycle...
