I have an ILM Executive Coaching and Mentoring qualification which equips me to provide you with coaching and/or mentoring support. I have coached and mentored adults in leadership and career guidance challenging current beliefs and views, supporting a sense of direction, action and keeping them accountable. I have over 20 years HR experience at leadership level so I am on hand to help with men...

My sessions are confidential, one on one and last up to one hour. Coaching and Mentoring are very different and I happy to take curious calls to explain the difference and the process before entering into a coaching/mentoring relationship.
