Andreea-Mihaela Balasa

Hey there, folks! My name's Andreea, and I'm stoked to be here to introduce myself to ya'll. I'm a psychology grad who's volunteered with a bunch of different NGOs over the years.
As a volunteer, I've met so many amazing people from all walks of life and learned a ton about communication, teamwork, and leadership. These skills have come in handy in my current gig as an Erasmus+ trainer. In my role as a trainer, I get to work with young people and educators from all over Europe. We put on workshops and training sessions that aim to promote diversity and inclusion, and I'm all about that non-formal education life.
As a project manager, I've had some wild experiences working with all kinds of people - from volunteers to government officials. I've learned that planning and organization are key to making things happen and seeing projects through to a successful end.
Overall, I'm all about making a difference in the world through education and community engagement. I'm excited to keep doing what I'm doing, and I'm thrilled to meet all of you awesome people. I have vast domains of activity and subjects that I am specialized in.
