I’m Amelia, a qualified career coach (Level 5) and a member of the Association for Coaching. I work one to one with students and graduates who want to turn their qualifications into a career that fits their values, strengths and lifestyle, rather than just taking the first job that comes along.

My own route wasn’t conventional. I left school at 16, started as an apprentice and built a ten-year career as an Executive Assistant supporting CEOs and senior leaders across the NHS and education. I’ve sat on both sides of the interview table, and I know how much difference it makes when you can explain clearly what you offer.

Sessions are online via Microsoft Teams, relaxed and confidential, and shaped around what you need.

Together we might:
- Work out what you actually want from work, including the values, environment and balance that matter to you
- Explore how your degree and experience translate into real roles, including ones you may not have considered
- Build your confidence and help you recognise the skills you already have
- Shape your CV and the way you talk about yourself so it fits where you want to go
- Prepare for interviews, so you can sell yourself with confidence and answer difficult questions calmly

I won’t hand you a script or tell you what to do. I’ll ask the questions that help you get clear, and every session ends with a practical next step you can act on straight away. You’ll also get a written summary afterwards so nothing gets lost.
