I used to tutor the Year 11 (final GCSE year) French students at my school when I was in Year 13 (final A-level year) for free as I wanted to strengthen my CV. I've always been interested in going into a job involving teaching. Although this is my only tutoring experience, the cohort that took their GCSE attained amazing grades, which I can provide evidence for upon request. I mainly helped with their speaking, preparing them for their verbal assessment discussing things such as what they do at weekends, what their hobbies are, and for those who were more advanced, I would teach them new and more formal vocabulary which really helped them shine.
I know that my final year at university is bound to be quite busy, but I have always maintained an excellent balance of work and social life and studies, having worked at a pub in my first 2 years at university. Lessons will be prepared a week in advance depending on how often you would wish for you or your child to be tutored, and will always be to a professional standard.
