My psychology lessons are designed to be engaging, interactive, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I begin by understanding your goals—whether it’s preparing for GCSEs, A-levels, or university exams, improving essay writing, or simply building confidence in understanding key psychological concepts. Lessons typically start with a short recap of what you already know, followed by clear explanations of new material using real-world examples to make the subject come alive. I encourage students to ask questions throughout, and I often use discussions, case studies, and practice questions to reinforce understanding.

My teaching style is student-centred: I adapt to different learning preferences, whether you learn best through visual aids, practical examples, or structured notes. I also place a strong focus on developing study skills, critical thinking, and exam technique, since psychology is not only about learning theories but also about applying them effectively.

In terms of experience, I am currently completing my MSc in Applied Child Psychology and hold a BSc in Psychology. Alongside my academic background, I have worked as a Mental Health Support Worker and volunteered in both healthcare and education settings. These roles have strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and supportive way.
