We use a mix of short explanations, practical tools, real-life examples, and activities that help you think about your own values, choices, and goals. I don’t believe in “right answers” — I’m more interested in helping you understand yourself, build confidence, and make decisions that feel true to who you are.
I’ve spent years working in addiction, mental health, and trauma-informed practice across the UK and internationally. That experience means I understand the challenges young people face, and I know how to make difficult topics feel safe, clear, and manageable. My aim is always the same: to help you feel heard, supported, and capable.
