Coaching sessions are held online. We will discuss your current challenges and establish a baseline, so that we can work on clarifying your goals and how to get there.
We will be talking about your background, strengths, and weaknesses, and identify what improvement looks like. We will work on achieving your goals by learning skills, techniques, and strategies to boost motivation, productivity, communication, and self-regulation. Each session will have a specific goal that we will choose together, and we will have an in-depth discussion about what the appropriate steps are to meet this goal as well as the progress you have made so far. We will close the session by summarizing the key points of our discussion and identifying at least one actionable step to take after the session ends.
The sessions can be done through an audio call or a video call. Emails will be used to communicate in between sessions, should there be any questions, concerns, or updates.
My coaching is informed by my clinical psychology background, given that I am also a therapist-in-training, pursuing a master's degree in clinical psychology. I have also been a resource person for students in their coursework related to psychology and relationships, as well as for the media. I have also published a chapter in a psychological research book as well as presented research in a conference.
