I enjoy teaching and working with young people and helping them to communicate and achieve qualifications in my native language; Spanish.
Throughout my career I have shown that I am hard working as well as being organized, committed and enthusiastic. I come across as a strong individual with a clear and confident presence in the classrom.
A priority for me is to maintain a positive working environment for all pupils, and I believe I achieve this. Through my flexible approach I can adapt to a range of situations and work quickly and efficiently to give 100% at all times. I am persistent and determined but also empathic and enjoy working independently or as part of a team.
I am used to physically and mentally demanding jobs and am not afraid of hard work. I have developed the ability to deal with more challenging students and difficult classroom situations. I would be happy to take on responsibility which I would take seriously, listening to others as well as drawing on my own experience and skills.
It is important to me to maintain a professional manner and appearance at all times.
