Ali Hooshyar

Hi everybody. My name is Ali. I am TESOL, Teaching English to Students of Other Languages, certified and I have been teaching English for almost 10 years. Over the course of this period, I have helped many IELTS candidates improve their band scores in all the four skills assessed by giving them a deeper insight into how IELTS functions and what it really requires. Moreover, I teach students intending to enhance their general English knowledge regarding the four skills, namely speaking, writing, reading and listening. Assuming that you are an English user who is desperately in search of a seamless learning roadmap to improve English for a specialist career so as to excel in your job position, I also offer courses on English for, among others, business, tourism, banking, and IT, which familiarises learners with the language used in these areas of expertise. Finally, as my accent is British, I have assisted many students in picking up British accent, especially those who have recently moved to the UK.

I am a firm believer in using the most reliable materials for English lessons, thus exposing my students to authentic error-free English, encouraging English users to omit as many mistakes as possible and communicate as fluently and accurately as desired. My chief aim is to maintain a vibrant student-centred atmosphere in class where communication and discussion is valued most. I always combine this with strategies to broaden your knowledge of grammar and vocabulary, so both fluency and accuracy are definitely attainable by attending my lessons.
