I have never been an actual teacher as such however I always excelled at maths and I find it just makes sense in my brain, this may because there is always a pattern in maths. Due to this, I was often asked to help out other students during my time in school and I was able to do this successfully by improving their understanding and explaining the reasoning. The way I would do this was not in such a serious was as the classic classroom teacher but more as a friend and this is how I will be delivering and tutoring I do from this website. Maths can be challenging however I believe with the right approach and time taken anyone can learn to enjoy maths and grasp and better understanding for it. In my tutoring there would be no pressure at all and I would be happy to go over the same problem and infinite number of times. As well as this, I would try to have a more friendly connection than an in charge connection as I believe people learn better when they want to compared to when they are being forced to. I would do this by having a bit of a laugh and joke with any student as well being open to talk about things outside the world of maths. I have also used this approach with members of my family and it worked very successfully much to my delight. I look forward to hearing from any potential students and really believe I could change someone’s understanding and viewpoint on maths in a short space of time.
