Each client receives a structured training programme designed around their lifestyle, with sessions focusing on correct exercise technique, progressive overload, and sustainable habit building rather than quick fixes. Lessons can include live guided sessions or structured workout plans with demonstration support, alongside regular progress tracking and adjustments to keep training effective and engaging.
I place strong emphasis on accountability and communication, providing regular check-ins to review progress, address challenges, and keep motivation high. My aim is to create a supportive coaching environment where clients feel encouraged while still being challenged to improve consistently and safely.
With over 14 years of personal gym training experience and a professional background in coaching and mentoring through my policing career, I bring discipline, structure, and strong communication skills into my coaching approach.
