I have been a professional ESL tutor for over 5 years. I have two ESL certifications – 120+ hours of TESOL and TEFL – and my experience includes working with a range of students (ages K-12), many of whom spoke little to no English.
I also have experience working with students with learning differences such as dyscalculia, dyslexia, dyspraxia, attention difficulties, dysgraphia, visual processing difficulties and anxiety.
My areas of strength include but are not limited to: Business English (interview prep, international relations, negotiation, meetings/presentations, working abroad, and IT), Colloquial English, American English, grammar, English listening, grammar, vocabulary, accent reduction, reading and writing, IELTS prep, TOEFL prep, and elementary education.
I currently teach abroad as part of my work with an NGO where I teach children ages 4 - 15 how to read, write and speak the language.

I will assess your English competency and create a curriculum tailored to your needs. I use games, articles, videos, and other supplemental material to educate as well as entertain. I use Zoom and you can expect assignments if applicable and assistance with any material you have. I work best when I can meet with my clients twice a week and I will work with you for as long as needed. My infectious personality, positive attitude, and patience will surely bring out the best educational experience you can expect.
