I believe that every student learns differently, so I strive to create an individual learning approach for each of them. I start by getting to know my students, understanding their strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. It helps me to adapt my learning approach to their individual needs. I use a variety of methods, from interactive activities and games to clear explanations and practical exercises, to make learning fun and effective. My communication style is open and encouraging. I create a safe space where students feel comfortable asking questions and sharing their thoughts. I am always ready to offer support and guidance, and I rejoice at their success along the way. I have personally seen how this approach can help students gain self-confidence, develop a love of learning, and achieve their academic goals. For example, one of my students had difficulty writing an essay. We worked together to create a clear structure and include convincing evidence. This helped him improve his writing skills and get a higher grade for his next essay. Over the years, I have had the honor to work with many students and am proud of their achievements. I believe in clear and transparent communication with my clients.
I also have a clear policy regarding cancellations and postponements. I must be informed of the postponement and cancellation of classes at least two hours before the scheduled time. I understand that everything is changing, so I am flexible and ready to work with my clients to find a solution that suits everyone.
