My lessons are designed to be challenging, interactive, and tailored to each student’s goals, whether that’s excelling in school exams, preparing for university applications, or building long-term confidence in science and medicine. As a medical student at University College London, I bring not only strong academic knowledge, but also first-hand experience of what it takes to perform at the highest level in competitive academic environments.
I achieved top grades throughout my academic journey, including A* level performance and admission into Medicine, so I understand both the content and the exam strategy needed to succeed. More importantly, I know that every student learns differently, so no lesson is ever “one-size-fits-all.”
My lessons typically follow a structured format:
1. Assess & Identify Weaknesses
We begin by identifying exactly where you’re losing marks—whether that’s content gaps, exam technique, application questions, or confidence under pressure.
2. Active Teaching
I teach difficult concepts in a way that actually makes sense, using diagrams, real-life examples, memory techniques, and exam-style explanations rather than just reading from a textbook.
3. Application & Exam Practice
A huge focus of my teaching is applying knowledge. We work through exam questions together, break down mark schemes, and learn how examiners think.
4. Reflection & Improvement
At the end of each lesson, we review progress, set targets, and build a clear plan for improvement.
My teaching style is energetic, supportive, and honest. I push students to aim high, but I also create an environment where asking questions is encouraged. My goal isn’t just to help students pass, it’s to help them genuinely understand, think critically, and become confident independent learners.
