I have previously tutored younger children before (5-7 years olds). I have the experience and the knowledge on how to handle children who have difficulty focusing in class or have trouble with maths. On a personal level, I have been in the same position before so I understand how it feels to be afraid of certain subjects, which is why I am here to help and guide any individual through the phobia. So In the future they can excel and be the best they can. In class I like to sit in a circle and work together, this is because all the students would be at the same page at the same time which makes planning lessons and working in class easier. I do understand every child works at a different speed which is why I am here so if there are students who do need extra curricular help I would be at the reach to help them and go through the work until they understand. I am an individual who believes in going through the work step by step so not only will the children understand clearly but they’ll know how to layout their own work out. I also think it’s important to make lessons fun which is why, I love doing games and quizzes with children where not only will they learn but have fun so they realise that studying isn’t only about sitting at a desk and working in silent but having fun whilst learning and understanding the reason for their mistakes, which can be corrected.
