Ahad Islam Tasin Tasin

Hello! I'm Ahad Islam Tasin, an experienced IGCSE tutor specialising in Edexcel Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

I achieved 6 A*s and 2 As in my IGCSE examinations, giving me a strong understanding of the syllabus, examination requirements and the challenges students face when preparing for their exams.

With 4 years of home tutoring experience and 3 years of professional teaching experience, I have developed a teaching approach focused on making difficult topics simple, understandable and interesting.

My teaching approach:

I believe that understanding concepts is far more important than memorising information. My lessons are structured around building strong foundations, explaining challenging concepts step by step and developing students' confidence in applying their knowledge.

Depending on each student's needs, lessons may include:

- Clear explanations of topics and difficult concepts.
- Step-by-step solutions to mathematical and scientific problems.
- Chapter-wise revision and syllabus coverage.
- Past paper practice and examination techniques.
- Understanding mark schemes and learning how to structure answers effectively.
- Identifying weaknesses and working towards consistent improvement.

What can you expect from my lessons?

I aim to create a comfortable and interactive learning environment where students can freely ask questions, clarify doubts and learn at their own pace. I adapt my teaching methods according to each student's current understanding, learning speed and academic goals.

Whether you are struggling with particular chapters, preparing for upcoming examinations or aiming for the highest grades, I will help you develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to achieve your goals.

My ultimate goal is not simply to help students get better grades, but to make them genuinely understand what they are learning.

Let's make learning simpler, build confidence and work towards better results together!
