Agnes Mullen

I aim to make every lesson welcoming, engaging, and tailored to the individual student. I adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s learning needs, whether they are looking to build confidence and strengthen their foundations, achieve top grades, or prepare for a competitive university application. I have been tutoring for over 5 years, working with students of all abilities and ages. I have taught students from Year 7 through to Year 13, and I am also happy to work with younger students. A typical lesson is 60 minutes, although I am happy to offer longer sessions where appropriate, particularly for exam preparation or more advanced topics. I can support students with GCSE and A-Level Mathematics, as well as TMUA preparation and university applications, including Oxbridge. I have personally received offers from both Oxford and Cambridge, and can therefore offer guidance not only on the mathematics itself but also on the application and admissions process. I have mentored several first-year Mathematics students and was a Warwick Mathematics Representative, giving me further experience supporting students academically and helping them progress with their studies.
