Growing up in a very turbulent environment, I unconsciously suffered from poor mental health, without any diagnosis or support, I decided to use a mix of cognitive behavioural therapy, as well as knowledge I had learned from books about mental health and building self confidence. I now use my experience and knowledge to help others who are in the same state I was suffering from.
You will learn how to put yourself first, to see yourself in a whole new, fresh perspective, learn how to reduce and manage self sabotaging behaviours, and learn how to affectively navigate relationships and social settings without compromising your boundaries.
Together we will use one-on-one coaching to help you understand yourself better and build a better relationship with yourself. This may help you be more confident in your relationships, work/studies, as well as being able to express yourself confidently and hold yourself high in any situation you may be navigating.
Our lessons will cover how you have been currently feeling within yourself, any negative emotions or life experiences you are dealing with and together we will overcome them.
I understand it may be hard sometimes to find the right support for whatever you may be going through, but one thing about these lessons is that I will never judge what circumstances or feelings you may be going through, as I too have felt that way before. I am only here to guide you through building a new relationship with yourself, so you will be able to handle the hard times with more confidence and more love within yourself.
