Classes can be dynamic flow-based sessions or more focused classes, working on specific poses, techniques, or themes. Each session emphasizes mindful movement, correct alignment, breath awareness, and safe progression. I have over one year of experience teaching yoga and more than three years of experience in physical training overall.
