I take a supportive, structured approach to coaching, helping students build confidence, motivation, and effective study habits at every stage of their education. My experience coaching peers and supporting new starters in their roles in the workplace has taught me how to adapt to different learning styles, communicate clearly, and break down challenges into manageable, achievable steps.
My sessions focus on key skills that make a real difference across all subjects, including goal setting, time management, organisation, revision techniques, and overcoming procrastination or lack of confidence. I work with secondary school, GCSE, A Level, and university students, offering guidance that goes beyond subject knowledge and instead equips them with the tools they need to succeed independently.
I also provide structured resources and personalised documents, such as study planners, revision schedules, accountability trackers, and reflective check-ins, to help students stay on track between sessions. This accountability-style support ensures students are not only making progress during lessons, but continuing to build positive habits in their own time.
I create a calm, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, staying honest about their progress, and developing at their own pace. Each lesson is tailored to the individual, whether they need help preparing for exams, improving focus and productivity, managing workload, or building a more positive and resilient mindset towards learning.
