As a Mechanical Engineering student and experienced mathematics tutor, I am passionate about helping students develop confidence, improve their understanding, and achieve their academic goals. I believe that every student has the ability to succeed in mathematics when taught in a way that suits their individual learning style.

My lessons are fully personalised and structured around each student's needs, whether they are looking to strengthen their mathematical foundations, improve exam performance, or work towards higher grades. I teach students from primary school through to GCSE and A-Level Mathematics, adapting my teaching methods to suit different ages, abilities, and learning preferences.

A typical lesson begins with identifying any areas of difficulty before working through concepts step-by-step using clear explanations and worked examples. Once a topic has been understood, students are guided through practice questions to reinforce their learning and build confidence. I encourage students to ask questions throughout the lesson and aim to create a supportive environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.

For students preparing for GCSE and A-Level examinations, I place a strong emphasis on exam technique, problem-solving skills, and tackling challenging exam-style questions. My engineering studies allow me to demonstrate practical applications of mathematics, helping students understand not only how mathematical methods work but also why they are important.

My goal is to help students become independent learners who are confident in their abilities and capable of approaching mathematical problems with a positive mindset.
